The 57th Annual
National Day of Prayer
will
take place Thursday, May 1st, with the theme “Prayer! America’s
Strength and Shield” based on Psalm 28:7. Join with others in
intercessory prayer for America,
Church, Education, Family, Government and Media. Prayer
locations: Rolling Hills Seventh-Day Adventist Church (on Highridge) 7-8pm, Cindy’s home 9:30-11:00am. Pledase RSVP to
Cindy so she knows how many to expect for light refreshments. Also let

Church
Family Retreat will be
over the Labor Day weekend, Saturday to Monday, August 30 – September 1, with optional
Friday segment. Rev. Ron Matsuda will be
the adult speaker. If you are able to

for a Summer Vacation Idea? Consider serving as a family on the Mexico
Missions Trip, August 11-17th, and use this opportunity to grow in

1. Next Sunday: Combined youth/adult
worship service in the Sanctuary

FNF Night: This Friday,
May 2nd, 7:30
pm at PVBC.
3. College/Young Adult Group: Meets the 2nd Saturday of every
month from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm. Lunch is provided. Next meeting is May 10th.
4. Bowling Night: Friday, May 23rd. We will be meeting at PV Bowl on Crenshaw at 7:30 pm. After bowling
we will be walking across the street and eating dinner at In N’ Out. You can pick up your children from In N’ Out
at 10:00 pm. The cost for two games of bowling and shoe
rental is $12, plus any money you will need for dinner. If you have any questions or need a ride

camp.

Mexico Missions: Short term mission
trip to Ensenada on August 11-17th. Applications are now available. You need to have everything filled out and
