PVBC
has been partnering with World Impact since 2005 to help spread the
gospel message in South Central Los Angeles.
2007 Opportunities
The following are opportunities for PVBC members to
participate in the various World Impact ministries (WI) that are available now!
1) Restoration of Home(s) in Watts
For those who are handy and have some experience
and interest with fixing things around the house, here is a great opportunity
to help restore 3-4 homes that belong to WI in Watts area. These homes need
some repairs, which once completed, will house some of the WI missionaries and
their families that will be ministering in the area.
Urgently needed for now: Someone to act as “superintendent” to direct
people on the restoration projects.
This person will coordinate with the WI maintenance person on the
specifics and details of what repairs are needed at each house.

2) After
School Tutoring Program @ the
Watts Christian School
When: 3-5PM Monday-Friday
What: 3-4PM Tutoring on various subjects: Math,
English, etc

5) Holiday Gifts for
Children
A) Easter bags
and Christmas presents
What: Candy, Children Bible, Illustrated Bible
Tracts, School Supplies for 75 children
& youth
When:
PVBC youth will assemble the Easter bags
around March 30. Christmas presents
around December 20.

6) Equipment
and furniture for new planted Churches
What:
Donation of used equipment and furniture in
good condition for the new
churches that will
be planted by WI.
7) Health Fair
What: WI’s health fair in the community to help
address health needs.
When: To be scheduled
Urgently needed: Dentist
Please prayerfully consider if and where God may be
calling you to serve in any one of these areas.
