Here at PVBC, we like to think of ourselves as "changed lives, changing lives." We are a family of people whose lives have been changed by a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We desire to share His love with others.

Through a Ministry of Exaltation, together we endeavor to focus not on ourselves, but on our Lord, in joyful worship girded by weekly Bible-based preachings.

Through a Ministry of Edification, we build up the body of believers and support those in transition. Small focus groups address issues in faith for women, men, skeptics and parents of teens/youth.

Through a Ministry of Evangelism and outreach, we spread our welcome arms to an ever-widening circle. With our sponsorship of Pioneers, youth group, college group, and a vacation Bible school, we recognize the need to raise up families in their challenges as we enter the 21st century.

Of no less importance, our Ministry of Equipping seeks to teach God's eternally relevant Word to young and old. We encourage Christ-likeness in homes, schools, and relationships; preparing for service in the church and to the communitty, bringing about transformation of character and conduct in a total life of stewardship of talents, abilities, and spiritual gifts.

As we continue to grow spiritually by God's grace, we want to be instrumental in changing the lives of others, and then helping them to mature in their Christian walk.
